the 5k is for a year and u are expected to pay for just one yr u can renew the ownership every year by paying 5k once in a yr

i went to the riverbasin office on thursday and they said the only land available is at igbaraoke after futa university and its 5000 naira per hectare and its a virgin land so tractor can not plough the land only manual labour

i am a framer located in ondo state ,akure to be precise, my farm is located in oda..its a small farm though., but about to start a bigger one am going to the riverbasin office on thursday 15 june in alagbaka ,akure to take up 1hectare farm for 2,500, am going to plant maize and cassava ,am going to give you report on that

unilag use catchment only the southwest states and u are good to go

if u are in acatchment state u are good to go,but if not am not sure but dont lose hope because last yr cut off mark is 72.sometin and your score is 70 so dis yr maybe less

when calculated it will give u around 67, which is not enough for pharmacy,if u are from a catchment state,u may change to physiology,pharmacology biochem,microbiology ,with your score u can enter does does courses cut offmark
