I don't know how the return was done, but I'm sure no seller will collect back a damaged item, that wasn't in the same state you sold it,
I still think the resolution to this would be to take back asus tab with your own charger and let her bring hers and both test it out, this should have done at the point of return. If it works give it back to her.
From a sellers point of view, you didn't handle the return properly.

If you have a similar tab that does YouTube well, retrieve the one she has with her and give her that. It's simple and that way even if you lose money assuming the new tab is priced higher it would negligible compared to a full refund.

Even me that's a tech guy don't even know the version of android that doesn't support YouTube, come on no body goes around memorising this stuff.

A very simple resolution that would have prevented all this.

"Sorry that tab you took can't do YouTube cos of .... but I have another that can do it. Since you paid.... for that, you need to add... amount, I will give you the tab that would do YouTube perfectly and collect that one back."

I have had several such encounters with various sellers.

And from the screenshot, the buyer even suggested that before coming here.

I think the problem is that the buyer selected the perfect one with YouTube on the first meeting, but it had charging issues so it got swapped out with a lower version one without YouTube on the second meeting, that's where the problem is. Buyer thought she was getting a similar tab, but it a was a downgrade.

read up the meaning of scam . You can decide to meet face 2 face and still be scammed. Scam generally means a dishonest deal, seller deliberately was being dishonest in all this by withholding information. Most Nigerian sellers do that, they know you are a novice and simply give you options to choose from cos they hope you know nothing about what you are choosing . Granted buyer should have done her research, but understand this, this was a woman hoping to buy the best for her kids and hoping the seller will carry her along in his products , seller knew this and took advantage of that , and is now here online bantering words with that same buyer because she feels cheated . Buyer feels she was scammed , a scam took place.

i did , I followed all over his thread , and I think I even remember your old account now . Till today, I follow psalm and do my part, so you ? And here you are defending an obvious thief with just sweet mouth and words , resolve an issue, nope, all we wants is for the matter to die a natural death or be forgotten as buyer is stuck with whatever she has cos she didn’t know any better . A woman wanted buying gadgets for her kids, her husband financed the whole thing , only to find out the tablet was practically useless , she comes to you for an upgrade of the tablet with one that specifically has the feature she wants, you still knowing fully well that your tab can’t do what she wanted , agree to change it for her, she notices this after and contacts you again to tell you this, you just drag her back and forth with your sweet mouth, no solution in sight, she threatens to go public with this development , you do nothing about it, she finally goes public with it , you pretend and act calm with sweet words, promising a fake refund if buyer takes the tab to the motherless babies, buyer after being attacked here finally agrees to a refund, next thing you as a seller make a full 360 and starts picking up useless points in other to avoid the very thing you were promising (a refund). Blood stains, bite marks , morning fresh, rough pouch , all this nonsense weren’t there yesterday when buyer was still refusing refunds and asking for an upgrade.

Now back to this issue, honestly if I am the one you go around tagging my number as scam I will make sure I haunt you down where ever the hole you are in, you don't just go around tagging someone scam with no proof.
They both had a transaction which at the beginning there was no comments on YouTube app or not, the truth is both of them have it in them the buyer is rude and the seller is a lying asshole.
You just make yourself the centre of attention and a terrible judge who even make you one.
Can you tell us how he scammed the woman, because from what I gathered the YouTube app is coming after some days and she handpicked the gadgets not that he force any on her.
Btw solution should be priority not tagging someone a scammer.

She did not just deny it, she refuted your claims with evidences. You just talk talk talk, nothing to support your claims. If this was a law court, she has already provided sufficient evidences to nail you and send you to jail.

I didn't specify what I had. I went for a deal just like you're doing now and it ended with a bitter taste. First rule of used items is that they may likely not perform like brand new items. There's a reason they're cheaper

@futurefocus the first rule of online business is your integrity being intact. When you run into customers like your current one, be quick to refund. Don't drag anything with such people. Trying to claim right is the biggest flaw
