I have witnessed fiorst hand in this adminisntration of a retired teacher who after 35 years of service was expecting her gratuity to be paid and as per the usual calculation it was supposed to be like N20M. previous set before her were getting over N16M and some 20M depends on the last leverl and qualification. But on getting to there set under your lord and saviopur BAT they were called to sign just N4M, she was so dissapointed and even in tears, it wasnt just her but everyone in their set, they coimplained and the response they got was their is no money and they are only doing them a favour by paying them as they were not the ones who own them the gratuity that the previous governmnet should have paid them and now they should be graeful this present governmnet oput of its good heart decided to pay them. Nobdoy was able to voice out like this man, the next set after them were getting like N3M so you see it is only going to get smaller until something is done. so do not say what you do not know.
