You can tell when a girl has a strong father figure in her life. It is evil people like u who manipulated this man to kill his own daughter. What has their father got to do with their lifestyle when they are already grown adults. The earlier we stop acting holier than thou and stop blaming parents for the actions of grown adults the better society we will live in. it might even shock you that people like u, who make this kind of statement, have daughters who do worse things than those girls you are complaining about. |

Bayajjidda: 23 other African countries are not in the list and you keep claiming Nigeria is the giant of Africa. There are:
1. Algeria 2. Botswana 3. Central African Republic 4. Comoros 5. Djibouti 6. Egypt 7. Eswatini (Swaziland) 8. Gabon 9. Guinea 10. Guinea-Bissau 11. Kenya 12. Lesotho 13. Liberia 14. Mali 15. Mauritania 16. Mauritius 17. Morocco 18. Namibia 19. Rwanda 20. Senegal 21. Seychelles 22. South Africa 23. Tunisia So validation of giant's status can only be given by your lord and savior, Trump. This trivialization of peoples suffering and the mockery of their misfortune will be rewarded in due course.
Karma is real. You get emotional over nothing, and that's the problem with you Africans. All that Soludo said is the truth and something I have been saying all along. Yes, there are cases of armed herdsmen, but the truth still remains that the majority of the killing in the southeast is done by Igbos masquerading as IPOB. They have hijacked the structure of criminality, and it sis not going away anytime soon. It is the plain truth and not mockery. onuman: Soludo is seeking reelection. He seeks approval from those who control Nigeria via the lopsided political structure created by Fulani controlled military dictators. If Soludo does not say things like this, he will be filtered off from the country's political process either through election fraud or through the courts.
You are damn wrong and you do not want to accept the truth and reality. I have friend from the southeast and they are unwilling to go to their villages because of these same local boys, one of my colleagues even told me that he knows them and they were small boys who grew up in his presence, how it started was this guys were empowered with weapons to safe guard the forest and when you give someone weapon without control when there is no money coming forth, they will resort to crime to leave the lavish lifestyle. |

VladimirTheGrea: From what you've said, you do not have a military background. Insecurity is insurgency. Addressing the root causes is one way and putting transparent checks is another way.
Going forward, subsidy should not be pulled out at once. Did you see the model Jonathan used to deregulation the downstream sector in his time and thereby creating a free market and a competitive one for AGO and DPK marketers? Study it. This same Tinubu and his gang of bandits were on the streets when Jonathan was taking out subsidy on PMS in parts, but they came to propagate their failure so glaring, even the white bearded cultist joined in. You're aware right?
Obi said he'll let subsidy go. Did you ask him how? He clearly said he will be applying Jonathan's model. Leave that! The current structure of the military is corrupt and inefficient and that of the police is worse.
The military is not trained to handle internal security issues and most issues in Nigeria are simply police issues. But because we have a situation where the police has been militarized and the army has been weakened by police structure, you clearly see through.
How do you define a situation where repentant terrorists are enlisted into the army? When you say Insecurity can't be addressed, I laugh because you are short on that.
6months and all those rogues sponsoring it will bolt off. Yes the military are not trained to handle internal crisis, because that is the job of the police and they have failed and not well equipped for the job. And I still stand that insecurity in Nigeria will not end anytime soon because I do not see any effort to end it in that regard. and truth be told I do not see any leader in that coalition who has the capacity to end insecurity. i still belive Tinubu is still the only leader in among the current leaders who can effectively end insecurity. Anyone making any meaningful attempt to end insecurity in the north will automatically become an enemy of the north that is the way Nigeria is wired, they will accuse you of killing their children. And I suspect Tinubu doe not want to go against the north at the moment. Jonathan method of eliminating subsidy by removing it little by little never worked and it will never work. What can work is a total withdrawal and that is exactly what Tinubu did. Even Buhari tried same thing and the wide of subsidy for crude kept widening leading to more inflation. Major investors pulled their money from Nigerian economy because of the policies of Tinubu and he depleted the foreign reserve without doing anything for the country. |

VladimirTheGrea: Are you seriously asking? Do you follow the news at all or you just want to speak out of your love for corn?
Where is the Medium Term Expenditure Framework? A very important document or process in fiscal and monetary policies integration. Tinubu and his incompetent financial team killed that document.
Where are the functioning refineries? Tinubu and his gang of bandits lied to the public without caution, even Dangote delivered his but Tinubu led government prohibited Dangote from selling refined products to marketers directly which would have brought down energy cost.
Where is security today despite all his reforms? It's a military industrial complex for the red necks. Look at defense budget in a nation not at war.
His foreign policies has earned Nigeria an embarrassing place among the league of nations. I do not wish to state facts as this may lead to lengthy write up but Tinubu has a very low score in the speed his so called reforms have taken to transform. First I will start wit the refinery. i think Tinubu made a big mistake in undertaking that refinery project. Obasanjo told him that it would not work, and I supported OBJ fulltime on that. that was one project I criticized the Tinubu-led administration for ever undertaking. Also, your Obi said he was going to make the refinery work before removing the subsidy, which would have been a huge failure on his part, and that means he would have spent 8 years as president, and he would have never had the guts to remove the subsidy. I repeat again, a government-owned refinery can never work in Nigeria, and I will not blame the government too much for that, because Nigerians are fantastically corrupt. Same with the Ajeokuta steel project they want to embark on. My suggestion is that Ajeokuta should be sold to someone like Dangote. And the issue of the FG not wanting Dangote to sell directly may be due to the fact that the NNPC sells subsidized crude to dangote and if they allow him to sell it will he may sell our fuel to other countries and the crude he used in producing the fuel and co was subsidized by the FG. I know all that has been resolved and it will not make petrol cheaper in any way. I would have wished the FG ask Dangote to buy crude at market price and sell as he wish but the public might suffer more with that, there is a lot of bottleneck in all of this. And thirdly even if Obi or Atiku wins the presidency he still cannot end the insecurity we are facing presently. |

Tinubu has done nothing, rather he and his gang of bandits have taken the nation backwards, moreso he has initiated very bad economic policies that has killed investments in key sectors due to ambiguous legislations.
Which reform? Was he not the one that triggered inflation with his subsidy removal policy without caution? Looks like you live in hell. tell me which policy has Tinubu made that is bad. You are talking about fuel subsidy removal, all the candidates said they were going to remove the subsidy so what is Tinubu crime in doing what all the other candidates you are supporting said they will do. grandstar: You seem starry eyed about the justice system in developed countries.
The quote I made, "We wanted justice. They gave us the Rule of Law" was made by an Eastern German who was disillusioned when her then country adopted the West German constitution.
Their justice system isn't perfect. It's even better than that ot the US.
If you have money, you can swing the case your way. He has the money to get the best defense attorneys. Those can pay off victims to stay silent. They can intimidate others. In law, the jury need to be convince that the defendant is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. The best lawyers work hard to destroy "all reasonable doubt." But the judge will not rely on emotions to jail him na. They will always rely on the rule book and not on emotions. Both lawyers has to work hard to prove their case. If the victims choose to receive money to keep silent, it means they never wanted justice in the first place. |
