Guinness Nigeria Plc today submitted an application to the NSE through its stockbroker; STANBIC IBTC Stockbroking Limited regarding its proposed right issue

Below are the few highlights

The company plans to sell a right issue of 684,494,631 Ordinary shares of 50k each
Price: N58.00 per share on the basis of 5 new Ordinary Share for every 11 Ordinary Share held.
Qualification Date: Wednesday 15 March 2017.

A member of this forum just asked me a question, "what really moves the market?"

My answer to this question is FUNDAMENTALS moves the market; economic policies, companies quarterly financial reports, war, peace, dollars, crude oil, key personality in the country/company making guiding speech, buyers/sellers sentiment, Market Makers etc

Why then using Technical?
TECHNICAL Analysis helps you to know when to enter the market (when the odds are in your favour) and when your welcome is no longer needed in the market (exit fast)!
