kenmaro: What about FBNH? What's the chart like? all time frames are bullish however: Support is at N12.50 (a recent good area for entry) Next resistance N14.7 (where we are watching) if ur entering here , u hoping it breaks above the resistance (this wud be nice, also heavy here but wt a much lower avg price) else any pull back to N12.50 .. u nt gonna like it (my new stop loss area) |

ananne: That's good... What's are your thoughts on wema bank for short term investors?
Which other sticks will you recommend for short term investors... - Wema still bullish like most banks - All hav had a major rally this blessed month of Jan (let me Thank God here first) - Any entry at this levels is not the best entry but just bear in mind mkt is still due for some pull backs soonest - I like zenith a lil bit, because it found some support ard N30 to N31 levels , if it drops below N29 .. i get out and dont ask questions - hang in there |

We will ask others instead of you then.... CP, deliver us with your system. FX, Microscopically zoom in on Livestock's daily, weekly and monthly charts. Remember to give us a summary devoid of all those Japanese clouds, we cant afford an atomic bomb here. All we need is simple explanations on what action to take and not incantations.... Remove all your DRAGON FLIES, Parabolic SAR, ICHIMOKU CLOUD, (it's dry season here self... ), Three white soldiers ( we are not in war time).

emmanuelewumi: Your N100 million property generates N10 million rental income, ie PE of 10. But the Real estate investor ploughs back 50% of his rental earnings into the expansion of his real estate investment, meaning the investor spends just N5 million from the N100 million property earnings of N10 million.
Companies have dividend policy, real estate investors also have dividend policy.
The earnings not paid out but ploughed back into the business is still part of the return on investment, which over time will increase the equity of shareholders funds of the investment, if properly managed an investment with a growing equity ought to increase earnings on the long run.
Anyway sha, wetin I Sabi def?
There are somethings, that can't be explained on how small businesses or investments turn into big businesses or investments.
Real life story a group of 10 beggars at Oshodi bought a property on Oshodi road, just demolished to build a 3 storey shopping complex. These currently have 4 of such investments at Oshodi, Agege and Ogba.
Accountants in the house, please explain Internal Rate of Returns to a lay man like me. chai , pls kontinu '' . . earnings not paid out but ploughed back into the business is still part of the return on investment '' this part is what is why some companies will be here longer than others but our people too like big dividend lollx #smh |

RabbiDoracle: Depending on how much you bought. If you bought 10 unit of a stock at N50 ( total amount invested will be N500), and they don't pay dividends, all you need to do is just to attend their AGM. At the AGM, they will give you food worth more than N500 and some corporate gifts. That is how you will recoup your investment faster.
For those that have heavy units, they will just sit it out and wait for capital appreciation. lollll omg #CutLossesAndMoveOn |
