please which broker is best for a micro acct and what's the best leverage to use for a $100 account

Your interest should be more on lot size than leverage.

Don't trade pass 0.01 lotsize and don't enter more than 2 trades at a time.

For leverage 1: 500 should do.

You need to demo trade more to be sure of your strategy and knowledge otherwise you might as well give that $100 to charity.
