Please I need help on how to go about this fraudulent sms charges by First bank on my account.
They charged my account N1500 for an account that has not witness any inflow or outflow for the past seven months.
They even tag the months to be March,April,May and June 2023. Meanwhile the account did not receive any debit or credit within this period.
I have sent a mail to them. I copied CBN, EFCC AND ICPC.
DO I still need to visit there branch again

I got a Job through phone interview just because I was polite and I even had to call back the HR when her call card finishes.
It was later that I discovered she intentionaly hang up the call to test me.
