Really this ur relationship is not perculiar but those that ended was due to inaction, mostly on the part of the ladies. As a guy, I would wonder why my gf dint tell me what was going on even after asking her severally. Now u said ur bf is aware but he's not doing anything about it, rather its as if he placed a wager with his friend. In my candid opinion, I dont believe he thinks highly of you. Why would he turn u into a sorta prize that he has to compete for with his friend. In other words, his friend's toasting wont stop and will even intensify. Not sure how long both of you had been together but face him squarely this issue and let him know you dont like his friend's behaviour. You have nothing to fear anymore, at least he knows now.
