Putting the scripture line upon line, Jesus was actually addressing the pharisees and scribes and all the tithes He mentioned were for their plants and not money. Nobody ever gave a tithe of money even in the old testament. Tithing was instituted for the levites to be taken care of feed wise. Paul and other apostles never spoke of Tithing to the church, meaning it's not for the Christians.

You pay tithe of what you have, in this time everything has been monetized so no issue paying with money and if you say Jesus was only addressing the Pharisees then you make Jesus a judiastic rabbi because as the books of Moses is the foundation of the prophets so also it's the Gospels (Christ teachings foundation of the epistles)

Tithe was even before the law, Abraham paid tithe so it was long established before the law just as righteousness by faith was before the law and still stands

Tithing is from God's principle of accursed things (set aside for God). This entails God giving you everything as say this part is mine or don't touch this an example is the tree of good and evil in Eden

In the new testament is that you and everything you have belongs to God. You have been bought with a price even the precious blood of Jesus

Why are you concerned only about tithe?
In the verse you quoted about Jesus, where did teach that it was compulsory for his followers to pay tithe?

If you really love God, do you need anyone to coerce you to pay tithe ? Just 10%
