Goat weed is ewe apasa/ewe imi eshu. To prevent boil. Boil together leaves of balsam pear, scent leaves, bitter leaves,garlic and leaves of ugwu in water. Take half glass cup once or twice daily. For menstrual pains, boil in water bark of alstonia boonei, allow it to stand for 24 hrs before drinking. Add 1litre of pure honey to 4 litre of the preparation. Take half glass cup three times daily. One week before start of menses.

Guys I really need help.

I do have a solid erectïon on my first round but most times I find it difficult to get it up again for subsequent rounds. I don't have problem with premature expulsion cos if I do get it up, I do last long.

Is it pyschological? Could it be as a result of too much sex? There's no overdose, right?

My only consolation is the fact that I can use my tongue.
