Get ewe laali (fresh), squeeze with water so that the leaves become soft. Cover your entire head with the leaves by pasting it on the head. Use a towel or cloth to wrap the head so that the leaves stay on the head. Let the leaves stay on the head for about two hours, then remove the leaves. You can repeat after a week.
