wat i wil like to say abt nigeria music in a nutshell compare to US music over there...
For us to get update wit international music wil need to stop d idea of making noising song,running dancing beat,common and cheapless lyrics like go down low,wabamijo,shake ur bumbum,wa komole,etc,repeating of chorus nd same verse til d end of d song,the idea of just work into d studio nd do any hw song weather gud lyrics or nt so far it is danceable.the local mentality of make 1 or 2hits nd tinks u r on top of d world,drop 1single dat luckly hit then u run out of d game.
So for us to get up there up their we need to sit back nd do good a tyte song wit a great lyrics,wen writing ur song dont tink of only nigeria alone wil listen to it,let it globally so wen pple around d world listen to it they can gain one or two tins in ur song,always make sure u send a msg in ur song...i understand a nigerian music today dat if u dont do a dance song u r nt gonna sell bt dat doesnt make u to stat repeatin ur chorus nd ur verse til d end of d song or no even gud lyric,remember IN DA CLUB by 50CENT wen he came,he didnt make a runnin beat or repeatin or sayin rubbish lyrics yet d song is danceable nd its widely known,nd some many like dat...i tink wil shud give chance to a talented one nd nt d pple dat here 4 d fame.so we need a lot to do 4 our song to compare to US nt just a goverment tin alone.tanks
