Shame of a country.

Nigeria took several years back as soon as the useless Buhari rigged his way into presidency.

Now it will take many more years to get out.

Reason why God will punish every single voice that helped take out GEJ

Throwback:
I expect to see Anambrarians lead once more in the pro-subsidy protest, since they understand very well that subsidy must go, and the initial hardships is only temporary.

While all are protesting against, Anambra must protest in support.

Are you being obtuse or this is you actually?

Is the protest today against subsidy or horrible governance?
Politics / Re: Subsidy Removal: Strike Collapses In Anambra As Protesters Drum Support For Gej by Gboliwe: 11:24pm On Aug 02
Throwback:
So Anambra under Peter Obi, supported the oil subsidy removal under a President they considered their political ally.

But now they are protesting against the same hardships occasioned by the removal of the same oil subsidy they supported in 2012, and which Peter Obi as presidential candidate vowed to remove on his very 1st day?

No wonder they have been reiterating that Ojota protest in 2012 was a Yoruba affair, as if there were no protests in Abuja, Kwars, Kano and Kaduna.

It was in 2012 that Igbos and SouthSouth taught all Nigerians not to protest against a government of your brother or political ally.

Unlike Yorubas that were rabidly protesting all the time during the Obasanjo regime.

You have taught us well.

Peter Obi even in his manifesto campaigned against subsidy and promised to remove it. Read this post here again. Read his current posts and give him his flowers for being consistent

Life has different phases, we're all gonna get old someday

Baba Obasanjo is a strong African man, I think he's the most recognized and respected
living former president in Africa, sadly his people don't like him.

I remember meeting him way back in 2011 when I was working in one of his farms in Ibadan

Not all of us will get old.
Some people detest old age and they won't smell it.

You see many eediots age shame others because today they think old age is a curse.

Dear All,

A call for help.

On the 7th March, 2023, i transferred N89,447.66 via GTB internet banking to a GTB bank account. I was debited immediately by GTB with DEBIT ALERT received. However, the beneficiary has not confirmed receipt of the transfer as i write. I have tried severally in contacting GTB customer care but it has become very frustrating as the beneficiary is dragging me unnecessarily.

I did also transfer N7,700.00 to a Kuda Bank account on the 8th March, 2023. As i write, the beneficiary also is yet to receive the amount into his account.

I need your kind help to enable GTB releases these transfers to the beneficiary or reverses these amounts into my account. This is really frustrating. Below are the summary of the debits alerts

Travel / Re: The Lagos Train / Bus Crash Was Avoidable - Peter Obi by Gboliwe: 8:02pm On Mar 09, 2023
The state governor also used the same word avoidable so we agree it is an avoidable accident

brutal1:
You don't point accusing finger in a situation like this. He is simply taking advantage of this unfortunate situation to score very cheap point against the government. The 'avoided" part of his sentence was a message directed to who? The driver, passengers or the government? Using the word "avoided" is wrong. Planes do crash, accident happens, natural disaster and mishap sef follow..these things happen. Just offer your condolences and move on.
Travel / Re: The Lagos Train / Bus Crash Was Avoidable - Peter Obi by Gboliwe: 8:01pm On Mar 09, 2023
Even Sanwolu says its an avoidable accident. Why una dey tear payint?
zed7:
How? People should stop making statements just to score political points.

Obi is my man but let's be real. Can you control a stubborn or drunk driver? These BRT bus drivers drive like they own the road. Same applies to container carrier drivers and all those lorry drivers.
They just want to oppress and intimidate others with smaller vehicles.

There is a limit to what the government can do, we as individuals should learn to do better.

Hezzyluv:
So I went to the church one certain Sunday, I think this year or so. Prior to time of offering, the the church normally gives envelope for it. Perhaps, to avoid others seeing what you will drop in the basket.

And an usher gave me my own offering envelope, i dipped hand in my Pucket and removed #100 from it to put as offering. On opening the envelope, I was surprised because, I saw 2mints of $100 note. I think someone might have dropped it as offering the previous Sunday and the ushers skipped it when they opened and removed money from other envelopes.

The mind as usual started dropping devilish thoughts like, you know you don't have nice phone. You know the money in your bank account is not up to $30 let alone $200. You know you don't have a job..... All the you knows and plenty what-if's kept ringing in my head. I decided to show a friend seating beside me, the answer he gave me surprised me and goes thus... "Na your father house na, him don bless you".... I started pondering on na your father's house na your father's house if you carry the $200, drop your #100 nothing go happen. But one tiny thought said to me, what if you do this single act and curse followz you? shocked

That was how I put my #100 note inside the envelope 2geda with the $200 when it was time for offering, I just dropped everything inside the basket. After the church service, my friend came to me and said" find me something na. And I told him, me don drop the money back because, I no get that mind. He now said even me I come rethink am sey e no good make you carry the money."

looked back and was happy I didnt go with the money because, any little -tive thing that happens to me, I might be saying "maybe na because of that money wey you carry from church ooo"grin

Your conscience is still alive. Many have killed there's

This Abambi man has been in Labour Party for as long as we know and while there, he had no relevance. Nobody knew him. He couldn't rise beyond his mediocrity.

Suddenly, there's light and instead of taking up the shine, he wants to bring the whole party to its knees.

These are the moles in LP. These are the ones that nicodemosly collect from the babablubulaba crooner at night, selling their party and by day become saints.

The professionals here said it will be better to use a pipe wrench instead of pliers which I agree cos the pliers gave me a bit of a challenge.

You might consider getting a pipe wrench with the tap head for easier process.

You are right. My pliers couldn't do a thing. I called a plumber who will come in after service tomorrow

So my plumber disappointed by not showing up, I had to fix my daughter's bathroom dripping leaking double tap myself.
It was not as hard as expected, I just had to understand the process. I also took pictures of the old tap and its components which helped me to assemble the new one with some ease.

This video details the process of dismantling a faulty tap and coupling a new one. We can achieve anything if we put our mind to it.

I have the exact tap in my bathroom and interestingly, it is leaking. I have pliers and screw driver. I will get the tap head and do this over the weekend
