Business / Re: What To Do To Make Money Online? by Geetee500: 12:04pm On Dec 05, 2020
Three ways to make money from digital skills

1. *Become a freelancer*

Pick one this

Fiverr, Upwork or Freelancer

Watch YouTube videos to understand how they work, Give yourself time.

Then start selling your skills there, they PAY in DOLLARS. That would do a lot for you.

2. *Organize classes and teach others your skill*

I know someone who has made over 100k teaching graphic designs.

Isaac Clement has made tons of cash teaching others COPYWRITING.

Just learn how to sell your class, you will receive alerts

3. *Document your knowledge of the skill into an eBook & sell*

Fidelis have done this

Nwankwo Charles have done this.

Nicholas Kenny have done this

Hope Idada have done this

You too can do it

What if you don't have a digital skill?

Then pick one a learn...

I learnt resume writing by watching YouTube videos for 30 minutes immediately I wake up.

I don't even stand up from my bed, I just pick my phone, on my data and move straight to YouTube.

Did I just watched videos?

No, I also practiced.

So you see, 30 minutes daily won't kill you, it will only make you richer

I hope you got value from this piece.

Business / How A 21 Year Old Jobless First Class Graduate Makes Six Figures Monthly by Geetee500: 8:14am On Dec 01, 2020
My name is Oruka Otuene, I attended Delta state university Abraka, studied biochemistry and graduated with a first class.

I was broke in school especially my 100 level, 200level and 300level

I was very smart, I had good GPA'S, But I was not selling anything either as a service or a product, so there was no say to make money

Most people have that ideology that money making is by luck!!

No, People don't become wealthy by chance, If you must make money, you must learn to SELL something

Yes, even in the Internet, the only way to make money is to SELL A SERVICE OR A PRODUCT

I started Cashing out big time When I started teaching others & when I created products that I sold

I usually tell people that their first 100k or 1M is usually the harderst to make.

After I made my first 100k by selling my services online, I have made several 100k's

From January this year, I have made money EVERY SINGLE DAY

...and most months, I MAKE SIX FIGURES WITH JUST MY PHONE & FROM THE COMFORT OF MY HOUSE

The funny thing is that I was once a broke student who receives just 4k per week.

The same me is now earning atleast 100k every single month

..and the funny Thing is weather I work or I don't work, I will still make money, I have built systems that help me earn PASSIVELY.

...and I attribute all my financial success to just one thing & that is SKILLS

Yes, If you have monetizable skill, and you know how to sell them, then YOU CANNOT BE POOR

Money follow skills!!!

Some of the skills that have given me money are

Digital product creation (I know how to make money from ebooks without creating them)

 Whatsapp income mastery

 Content creation

 CV writing.

 Network marketing skills

 Copywriting

 Seminar/project writing

I passed out from youth service last month, During my service days, I saved 100% of my allowance.

I never needed NYSC money because money was coming in from my skills & business.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not telling you this story to IMPRESS you or make you feel underachieved, I'm telling you this story to Inspire you & to impress upon you that you don't necessarily need a job to survive.

Instead of stressing yourself over a getting a job, why not learn digital skills then patiently monetize it.

Here are the steps on how to make money from digital skills.

1. You can sell your skills on freelance site such as upwork, fiverr or freelancer; there are a lot of foreigners who are willing to pay you for your services.

2. You can build an audience online (WhatsApp or Facebook or IG or twitter or a combination of them), give value to your audience then offer to teach them your skill for a fee, a lot of them will pay.

The second method is what I use mostly, & it has given me tons of cash.

The good news guys is that, all you need to start is a phone & internet connection.

That's all

So simple right?

But there's one problem o

..and that is, most people don't have a skill to sell.

Jobs/Vacancies / 10 Mistakes You Should Avoid When Writing Your CV by Geetee500: 12:38pm On Nov 30, 2020
Do you know that 80% of applicants don't get a job because of wrongly written CV?

Here are ten CV mistakes you must avoid if you want to win an interview/get a job

After reviewing lots of resume, doing lots of research and having clients pay me to write their resume for them, here are 10 mistakes you should avoid when writing your resume:

1. Using unprofessional email address; your email address should be a combination of your names

2. Including a profile photo or an headshot

3. Using elaborate colour and font

4. Including an objective statement: Objective statement is obsolete, the right one to use is a professional or branding summary

5. Listing job description: rather than listing job description, use action words and verbs that quantity your accomplishments

6. Poor spelling and grammar: Always ask your friends or relative to help you proof read your resume and correct any error.

7. Too long and too short: Your resume shouldn't be too short or too long, if you have less than 5 years work experience, your resume should be one page but if you have more than 5 years work experience, a two page resume is fine.

8. Generic resume: Your resume should be specific to the job you're applying for. Use keywords or keywords phrases in the job posting, this help your resume to be ATS optimized. For more information on how to write an ATS optimized resume, send a DM.

9. Including references in your resume: Do not put your referees in your resume. However, you should have it in a separate document in case the hiring manager ask for it.

10. Using the wrong file format: Use a document or PDF file format.

There's a lot of competition in the job market, for you to land your dream job, you need to standout.

One way to do that is by having a good, eye catching & stunning resume/CV

Your CV is the first document the hiring manager will see, if it is not properly written, YOU MIGHT NOT GET THE JOB (I'm sure you don't want this)
