it was very stressful.
I sent them the following documents
1. my national ID
2. The photo of my ATM front and back ( while blocking some numbers)
3. My card statement. this is different account statement.
4. A photo of me holding my National ID and mail conversation with them at the back ground
5. Then they sent me 4 names and asked me how I know those people. I was shocked because I actually know 3 out of the 4. I introduced 1 to 1xbet 2 years ago and since then I have not seen him and the two others are my colleagues in the office I introduced to 1xbet too.
After sometime they sent 6 random names and asked if I know them I told them no that they should stop asking me questions I can't answer that I don't know everybody in 1xbet. so they verified me

I did not read the terms and conditions, after referring my friend to 1xbet, I helped him credit his account with my card while he gave me cash. Now, he was told to send his card details and he did but they request for my own. Now, they have Prevented my friend from withdrawing and betting, what you advise
