You are at fault because you were suppose to read their FAQ before registering with them and also suppose to know Their KYC before depositing with Credit Card.

Meanwhile, the mistake has been made and the only solution is to go to your bank CSU and tell them to generate your card statement

After much explanation in my reply email all their reply was the security department is waiting for requested documents.
