It's not that it bothers me, it's just that it makes your style of writing makesyour posts difficult to read. I'm sure a lot of people on this thread feel the same way. I'm guessing the reason you post comments on this thread is to communicate your opinion. If that's the case, then you should be concerned about how effective your method of communication is.


It's way easier to read:

than to read:

A mistake is not only an action done in error ; a misguided act can be termed mistake .
A lot of us do something we end up regretting and during our quiet moment , we go over them and realize all the things we could have done differently and why the whole approach was a mistake .
As much as I'm not a fan of Ike , I still believe everyone is redeemable and yes people get better ,they improve and become better version of themselves .
The same way Saul in the Bible went from a psycho killer to one of the most popular apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ .
He still kept that energy that made him a lustful killer but he channeled it to more positive deeds and today he's a saint.
Criminal records are scams .
Many people with spotless criminal records have perpetuated more horrendous crimes than those that have it.
It's a game of who got caught and who didn't .

This is not me defending Ike but just putting it out there that sometimes people do change .
And a record should not be the basis of condemnation because people who have done worse walked scot free .

I have absolutely nothing against ex convicts .
We all have a past and no one is holy .
My problem is with people that glamorize bad deeds and their cheerleaders that enable them .

Is there a pending case against Ike we don't know of? Do you know the caliber of criminals your average big time lawyer defends? Or do you think anyone makes money from defending morally sound and upright people?

The attack on Ike is not because he was convicted of a crime, it is borne out of spite because he is gaining popularity among viewers. It is not pure, and so, I refuse to support such malicious actions.

We are rewarding people for entertaining us, not for good behavior or what they may have done before we met them. You don't have to vote for him if you don't like his person, but many others do and the majority will always carry the day

I hope so, arrest or jail term hardly reforms people. Ike himself said on the night of his outburst that there's nothing he can't do for money (including killing). He said this while drunk, when people speak truth the most. Let's look beyond entertainment value, should we be rewarding a convicted drug dealer with with N60m?
