how is everyone getting on? I see alot of people eating plaintain, I hope that boiled, roasted or grilled and not fried. i also see alot people eating a lot of indomie. Do you knowa pack of 70g indomie has 370 calories and 14g of fat(which 4g is saturated fat).

Please watch what you eat, I have lost 18lbs(8kg) by eating small portions and swap white flour goods such as pasta for wholemeal. I drink at least 1.5 litres of water and walk. Please dont follow fad diets you will just gain all the weigh back anyway.
