It’s not okay how they make you wait that long and get a rejection. This means that thing they say about if your application takes longer than 3weeks it means an approval, is not always valid, I guess

Is there anyone that did got a visa after appealing his or her rejection.
I wish to know because I don't want my efforts to be futile

If you don’t mind me asking, please how long from your interview did you receive this rejection letter?

It is complete. If the ABH has not made decision, it would be "still processing". If you call them (BUNDESVERWALTUNGSAMT) on +49 221 75850858 they can even tell you the date the ABH completed the processing. Contact the embassy as mentioned in the email.

Hi everyone it’s been 5 weeks since I went for my AD, so last week I emailed this address zzVISABVA@bva.bund.de and got this reply
“Dear Madam, dear Sir,

at immigration office (Ausländerbehörde) the processing of your visa-application is completed.

The Embassy/Consulate has to make the final decision.

For further information please contact the Embassy/Consulate.


Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Yours sincerely”
Please has anyone one received this reply before or does anyone know if it means the visa processing is done?
