Good day to you

I deposited a sum of #2800 on 29th August, 2021 around 4pm in my wallet via ATM transaction and I haven't been credited till this time of lodging this complain. The most pathetic aspect of it is that I've been trying to fix this through the use of the self service but I'm receiving a prompt that I have no outstanding transaction. Please help look into it as soon as possible
