I am kinda confused clubkonnect, on 21st October, 2020 I subscribe for STARTIME BASIC PACKAGE of 1700 NAIRA, the money was deducted from my wallet but up to now my startime has not been activated, i applied for refund of the money but upto now you guys never refund my money.
