i once read in a local newspaper where a cure was given for low sperm count,it's as follows:

First,i will like to clarify an issue,i want u to know that,you cant give what you dont have,for you to be able to prove to your brother that God exist means you have to KNOW GOD yourself,and dont misquote me,am not referring to the religious dimension of go to church on sunday and read your bible every morning...NO..that's not practical,if that's your perception about God,then,you faith can be questioned by even the freshest atheist out there,that's the first question you need to ask yourself?
I am more than persuaded that God does really exists,most of the things we call nature are very spiritual but to those who are on the other side of the stage,its a new world entirely,their eyes are been blinded to see whats going on
what i suggest you do,is pray to God asking him to reveal himself to u
and when i say pray not the religious type but an expression of the longing of your soul in words backed up with faith.
God is a faithful and just God,once you do that in sincerity of heart,you will know him better

One,i need you to realize that so many things are at stake and this requires that you take some drastic step,besides that,the only available option is thay you keep managing things like that
Be bold and address what needs to be addressed once and for all,remember you just got married,imagine what will happen when you guys start giving birth to babies,also,imagine the kind of life you were living before you got married and the one you are living right now.
Bro,take the bold step!,there is no need warning your wife again,just confront the issue straight,this advice may look bad but u'll be surprised that no matter how bad you think it is,there is no other option available.
Confront the issue head on!
Let them know you are not comfortable with it!
Your wife will get angry,her mother may convince her to leave you and that's all!
That's all they can do but there is still hope
your wife may learn sense in time
