Even 80k won't get you Redmi 9t and there is no other phone from Xiaomi in that 80k price range.

Redmi 10 starts from 85k for 4/64GB but you are better off buying the 4/128GB at 87500

If shows only the contact number and no name then probably it wasn't saved well or when it was saved it didn't sync.

System files, cache, installed app apks files etc.

You do not have access to them by the way so don't bother.

Do not attempt to even delete them or you may not like the outcome.

Clear your cache and delete the apps on your phone that you do not use.

It refers to file formats that cannot be read natively by the Android system.

E.g WhatsApp document files, WhatsApp Backup amongst others.
