When I use speedaf to track my package I realized that my package is with a courier that pick my package on the 16th and return it same thing the next day on the 17th and when I check on Saturday I saw delivery time reschedule and today again my item was scan for delivery and I even saw the courier phone number on speedaf and was return again today, plz can I call the courier or how do I get my package.

Without been told you should call the number and ask why. Probably your number isn't available or the address is not accessible

NG tracking numbers are Speedaf. And before it gets to Nigeria can be tracked with cainaio website and Speedaf website when it get to Nigeria

did you update your phone os? I read the culprit is from the os update and i also read about a fix.. Google it up

Even those who have never updated their devices got affected. For Redmi 9T, devices on 12.0.10 and above aren't affected.

Even during Covid I ordered and received items, I am not aware of when they stopped delivering orders. There may have been a lot of logistics issues which was mostly Nipost fault.

You should go and edit your details and always confirm your address and phone number before placing an order.

Meanwhile find a way to contact Speedaf if the item haven't been returned.

If you had tracked the package you could have contacted the Dispatch driver when you didn't get a message.

You said you used Redmi 7, did you try installing Redmi 8 ROM at any point?

Like I said each device with its own ROM and it's release timeline.
