I don't use Mi 9T so I can't say for sure

De nada

Kykyblaze:
Redmi Note 9s. I got the Glacier White

This phone is turely a performance beast.

Battery 10/10
4hrs of browsing(non stop), battery reduced from 100 to 84.

This phone charges fast took 35mins to charge from 61 to 100. (Should take 1hr 40mins for full charge)

Standby is great. For 9hrs, battery reduced from 100 to 97

Design10/10
The design finishing of this phone is spectacular and better than RN8 pro.

Camera 8.5/10
The 48mp in this device is awesome. But Gcam will do great.

Camera options include Slow mode, short video, potrait, night, pano, pro, 48mp, video and photo.

Video records in (720p, 1080p, 4k) and selfie(720p and 1080p). EIS is good in both cameras.

Daylight imaging is good in ultrawide but poor at night.

Macro cam is great.

Display 7/10
LCDs are not perfect. The dot hole displays dark shadows which can be seen when look closely. But this isn't a problem. Contents are crisp.

Performance 9/10
This device is good for it's range, haven't experience any lag switching between apps and doesn't restart. Apps open very fast. The SD 720g is really working.

Fingerprint is fast no delays
No tempered glass screen but comes with a TPU
System update is available (2.2gb)
No money wasted.

I posted a link to Gcam for this device on Monday do well to check it out

Kykyblaze:
I also ordered RN8 but seems the battery is poor. Any tips?.

Disable WiFi and Bluetooth scanning on both phones, search scanning from settings and do the needful.

As for the RN8, run any pending updates

mediocre:
Thanks

Which variant do you use? Exynos or Snapdragon

Exynos.

A link?

Check around on XDA

festwiz:
You have burnt out some people's data plan.
Where did you upload the photo and how did you insert the IMG link? I use IMGBB but it doesn't work like it should.

Flickr. Before Imgur used to be the best but they decided to use their hands to spoil what was not broken in the name of updates and changes

mediocre:
Does Gcam work with Samsung S10 ?

You have to look for a port. Ports are easier to get on the SD version than the Exynos

jboixxx:
No one even mentioned "Always" there.

Once one person complains of something, it becomes a problem of all Mi devices

postdigger:
okay, please can I ask something I saw on the compilation thread about Xiaomi power button failure. does all Xiaomi phones always has power button issues? and if one does what can be done

Using the word always is very far fetched, because you saw it there. Power button is a very rare problem when it comes to Xiaomi. Thank you

Mckandre:

someone told me if I got a new Xiaomi device, I should drain the battery before charging. all my life I thought a new phone was supposed to be charged fully before using?

What ever you feel like you do, it is not a rule. You guys be treating Xiaomi phones like Rocket Science or Tech.

Darlinx01:
Checkout realme x 4/64 its a better deal at that price

Even from AE you can't get Realme X for 65k, sorry to burst your marketing

Olamyyde:
Arm has new cortex cores

New cores for SOC makers to license and customise to their taste

Mckandre:
I thought that's more of hardware issue than a software, probably from the type or quality of the screen used in that batch. The only help I think that software fix could render is to initiate certain color blending that will conceal the defect on the affected areas, Other than that, that screen defect will always be there.

OnePlus fixed there OP8 Pro screen bleed problem with software updates, Huawei did same with Mate 20 Pro in 2018. So it seems not all of those problems are hardware related

Nellsworld:
The TV cheap, pls hw can I get it

China

Fuckdem:
bro good evening

Please is there a way to change my network icon from h+ to LTE

H+ is 3G, if you have 4G signal it shows 4G not LTE.

Nltaliban:
Backup means: a copy of a file or other item of data made in case the original is lost or damaged.

Therefore, it's not safe for your memory card to be your backup.
Memory card for memory expansion not backup

We are saying the same thing.

jboixxx:
You can't except you've been syncing your files to either Mi Cloud, Google Drive or any other cloud storage option.

To all: if you have important files on your phone, always back them up to your PC, OTG/flash drive or cloud storage to avoid this kinda scenario.

Memory Card that will be inside the phone is some people's idea of backup.

Yomiogunmefun:
Lol is DHL the only option?

If you want to get it anytime soon, people's orders have been hanging around the world for the past 2 months

Yomiogunmefun:
Hi guys. Is it okay to order for RN9s on AliExpress?

Except you will ship via DHL and finally do the real UNBOXING for us

Juicey10:
Pls what will I do so that my pics won't be reducing size so easily when posted on social media

Nothing. Those people have a compression algorithm to save disk space on their servers.

Rockmyworld:
Just got my Note 8 yesterday. 4gb ram and 128gb ROM.
Any update I should know about?

Start from the Xiaomi Compilation thread. Go through it for FAQs. Remember to disable WiFi and Bluetooth scanning. The how is on that Compilation but don't comment there.

Mckandre:
that's if u have keen eyes moreover I can still see it from that pix, check that screen beside that back navigation icon at the bottom screen, the black shadow there is the screen bleed,However u can only notice it well if ure in a light background. Congrats on ure new possession.

He should update his phone first. From XDA some said an update fixed theirs

alosbaba007:
Redmi 8a and Redmi 8 laughing at you

Not really o. On XDA I dey see people posting 15hours SOT on medium use. The processor is more power efficient than the SD 439 excusing the screen size and resolution difference.

ElvisMcCoy:
They said that it would be called the Lite Zoom edition when it was released... It was just a matter of when and how much it was going to be.
So much offerings from OEMs this year.
The only problems are Covid-19 and our falling Naira in recent days...

I saw camera samples in a comparison with the Mi Lite 10 Zoom tag on the photo.

It seems Xiaomi have silently dropped The Mi 10 youth global Version as Mi 10 Lite Zoom.

xoftxoul:
Hurray!!
Congrats!
(Maybe)You're the first in 9ja to launch the phone

When Naija person don drop review for one AliExpress store already
