It is an alternative for people who are camera centric and not so much big of processor intensive tasks and can't get your hands on the Mi 10 Pro which will set you back over 400k

Go through the thread a lot of people use the phone without issues. If the phone is no good it wouldn't be scarce in stores right now.

I know, it is an Amoled. And it is a long while any mobile phone came with a true OLED panel.

The differences between both is the arrangement of the panels.

As regards to the Redmi 10x being cheap, IQOO just launched the Z1 with 144Hz FHD+ display, Dimensity 1000+ 5G SoC for the price of $310. I'm fairly confident Xiaomi will be able to hit the sub $250 with the Dimensity 820. Although, the presence of an OLED display and an In-display FP might see it pass that speculated price.

We'll have to wait for the 26th.

Mi A3 had an OLED panel and In-display FP and had a base price of $200

Cameras? OnePlus cameras were not good in those years they were making "Flagship Killers" But I can tell you now, the 8 pro has a flagship quality camera, go to YouTube, watch its camera comparisons against the Galaxy S20 Ultra

and yes, the Fast Charging in the Mi 10 pro is impressive, no doubt, 65W out of the box is cool.


but coming back to my arguments, you cannot ignore a bleeding edge display out of the A flagship Quality phone, no. In fact, after Performance, Display comes next to most people not audio or fast charging

In Camera, OnePlus 8 Pro doesn't cut it. It is just there. The camera output struggled to surpass it's predecessor because they used the same main sensor. The Ultrawide has a higher pixel count but a lower Field of view.

Apart from IP Rating, Refresh Rate and display the Mi 10 Pro beats the OnePlus in almost every other aspects.

1. Audio. Mi 10 Pro has one of the best speakers on any smartphone presently.

2. Camera the mi 10 Pro has a far more superior camera setup. If you know OnePlus very well, Camera have never been their strong selling points.
3. Mi 10 Pro also have faster charging capabilities from wired to reverse wireless charging.

You made mention of Gorilla glass, if a Redmi Note Can have CG 5 front and back what prevents their Flagship from having.

If you want to compare please be whollistic and don't base your arguments on advantage to one side leaving the weaknesses.

I placed it on self timing of 5 seconds, while on the floor. The jumping may take time before getting results sha oo lol. I jumped almost 50 times before getting this unsatisfactory shot sef, cuz i wanted it better.

NB: Pls place your phone on soft material like handkerchief, so there won't be much damages or scratch while trying it

Another good option would be a tripod stand

2. Update, My phone update is steady and I am on MIUI 11.0.8 stable... I don't joke with App update talkless of Phone Update and my phone Synchronize to cloud almost everyday because I am always connected to unlimited Wi-Fi @ the office

Redmi 7 has a 720p display, Redmi Note 8 has 1080p

Even the size of both displays are different. The more powerful a processor the more power it draws and the processor on both devices are not mates.

That comparison doesn't come in place. I can also say my RN5 has a better battery life than R7

Charged Full @ 100% and now 55% with just 4hr:51mins of fair usage

1. GPS is on and your screen has been on most of the time you have used it meaning at this rate you are on course to have an 8-9hrs SOT and you are still complaining.

2. Update your phone, how have not updating your phone helped your battery life now, from the battery icon you are still clearly on MIUI 10 when people can't wait to get their hands on MIUI 12.
