I did this for my glo, the thing go show H+ and dissappear within a second. I left it for 20mins to see if there would be any change butvnot. I even reboot my phone 2 times

What option did you change it to. What shows after the H+ disappear?

d fone is updated,,,,factory reset is the last thing i will do cos my tools they there.

Whenever you are faced with issues like this the first you do is find out the real problem.
It might be the battery (highly possible, the phone is old afterall), Charging Port(Clean it), Charger Brick, USB cable and lastly software.

So to be sure of the first three look for another good Charger and test with your usb cable in charging your phone, also test with another USB cord

But in my past experiences what you are facing if the battery life is poor after the so called day charging, then start by ordering or looking for a replacement battery.

Also are you saying you can't move your tools to your new phone?

Did you backup your messages on mi cloud? Because unlike RN8, K20 pro comes with Mi contact and Mi Dailer as well as Mi Message

I've never gotten these on any phone before. This phone's battery is a beast. That means when I install my apps I should be getting at least 7 to 8hrs everyday.

Check Jboixxx compilation for FAQ. Your battery can better if you had read that thread.

2. You haven't switched the SIM you are not using for Data to 2G.
