That's how warranty works, if you can have the patience to wait for it to be fixed, please do. That's what happened to my sister's Nokia, we repaired it outside when Nokia billed us 20K to replace a 5" display on her Nokia 2. The phone was 2 months old then. When the battery now had issues 4 months later we were asked to pay for the battery since it had been repaired outside before.

Please always try to read well, i never said that, i said they lady told me over 30 pple have dropped their phones with same issue. And i met a man that day with same issue complaining bitterly. as for solution,i will advice you to reach genius43 on whatsapp,send him a video of you powering up the phone ,so he can provide a solution or tell us about it here (the issue might not even be from the screen as you think),or better still send your phone to repairing to troubleshoot ,give feedback and fix it for you

@beautylv, too bad that this happened to your phone. I heard someone suggesting you should be provided with a new phone ,that would be nigh impossible because we are so terrible with return and refund/replace in this country.

If i were in your shoes,since they have said there is no timeline for when the parts will be available i would just order for a new screen from alixpress and count my losses. No OEM is without factory defect cases.
