I worked for dangote some years ago. The test is usually not difficult...go and dust up your primary school,Jss1 and 2 maths, small comprehension, logical reasoning and all those shapes.

The group interview is interesting, allow other participants talk and express their views, counter both views, talk about the advantages and disadvantage of both views, ask your opponents questions in a polite manner, be friendly to other participants it shows you can work in a team.

If you pass this stage. Tell the board about your experience and how you have longed to work for the coy. Tell them you like the company coz of their diversity and all those sweet yarns.

Ensure you pray before doing anything.

As an Engineer...your skills won't be utilised in the NSCDC..you will learn nothing on the job...career path is not defined...no provision for training at all... at ECN you will find a career path,its more challenging,you have the rare opportunity of attending trainings and your accumulated experience after some years of work there will be measurable and transferable especially when you want to seek to look for greener pastures elsewhere....
Look beyond the marginal difference in salaries....
