Pls for everyone also waiting for a decision or recently got their application decided.

Kindly update us your timeline once you get a decision like a submission date and decision date

so many of us waiting on this thread can have an idea their current processing time.

No one need to know if it was approved or refused if you chose not to. Just let us know your timeline. That will be of great help for us all.

My problem with them is they should be honest and state the REAL processing time on their website. If you go and check, it’s still 6-8 weeks they put there and when you use that as a yardstick to plan yourself and apply, they end up disrupting your plans and worse case scenario, you withdraw your application after wasting your time and waiting for over 5 months. I’m. Just waiting for them to update this weeks visa decision then I will know if I will withdraw my application because I have other plans and need the passport
Requesting for your passport does not cancel or stop your application from processing. If it eventually gets approved you pay for courier service to send it back to them.

I specifically asked them this. Check last paragraph of attached photo .

January submission, nothing yet
Frequent traveller with at least 4 previous Irish visas. No over stays or anything 9ì
That’s ridiculous for a renewal. It seems the standard wait time now is 6–8 months.

They need to do better. The UK receives 50x more applications, and you get a decision in less than a month.

I just requested for my passport to be sent back.

This is rubbish

Please guys has anyone recently gotten a decision on thier application. I submitted my application Feb 1st there’s been no update since then.

Is there a way to know the particular month they are processing at the moment. I’m making travelling plans and thinking of asking them to return my passport.

Picked up my passport today with 2 years visa

It was quite fast just 4 days from biometrics to pick up email.

I was in the uk for 6 weeks on my 6 month last year. Submitted everything I saw on the thread but I guess submitting a my bank statement that gives them access to login in real time to access both my personal and company account might be the reason for the swift response.

Thank you all on the platform for the insights.

All the best

Hello to everyone

I had a 6 months uk visa from last year, I used it once and it expired in January 2025

I decided to apply for 2 years

Biometrics - Mon 23rd
Vfs email passport ready - Friday 27th

I didn’t receive any refusal email from ukvi so far

But my worry is why so fast? I have never seen this kind of timeline before just 4 days to decision, I didn’t pay for any sort of piority just normal application. I m kinda nervous. I’ll pick up by Monday. Pls does anyone have an idea why decision so fast even tho I didn’t pay for Piority fast track,

Biometrics was done at Ikeja Lagos.

Bless you all for all meaningful contributions[/quote]

TravelRe: Give Birth In USA: Cost And Procedures Part 6 by Gentleman07: 11:04pm On Dec 07, 2021
Hello Everyone, I was introduced to this particular thread today. I will sincerely appreciate all advice and guidance wholeheartedly.
My wife is in her trimester, she should be due around July by Gods grace. I’m interested in the US birth tourism for her. I have relatives / siblings over there but I want to do everything by myself from here. I have some worries and questions,
1 - is it still possible to start the whole processing right now considering she will be due in about 7 months, is that enough time amidst all the recent travel restrictions.
2 - is the US embassy still processing such visa and is it likely to get interview dates before she’s due.
Thanks for your feedbacks
