Zhunnurayn:
You don't always have to sign up at a gym program, if not intending to be a professional combat sporter. For mere self defense you can learn it home, I did and most people believe I was trained at a gym or martial arts.

You must develop interest in combat sports like wrestling and watch much of it, and practice some special moves on your own. What you watch and interested in will be inculcated in you.
Watch videos on self defense on you tube, search punk payback it will help much.

Personal practice is key.

thank you

I want learn to learn self defense, the issue is that I can afford it outside, the monthly sub of a gym close to me is N19,000, and for martial arts they said 25000 per month, which is expensive for me.i am really interested in learning it if it's possible at home,i don't want to go cause trouble or something like that,is just that i have never been in a fight in my life before and I have no experience in fighting,I want to use to protect myself incase someone want to bully me because e be like say i fit fight this year o.pls help me

I need explanation to this

it's depends Capricorn people seek the limelight, looking for validation. Though they have talent, they don't always recognize their own skills. Sensible money-handling can be challenging for them. Since they often equate success with the amount of money they earn, they feel good about themselves by spending the money they make. Credit debt can be a problem. according to some astrology

Download Grindr

what is it used for?

bigbauer:
2years gone and the phone's still going strong. Battery life has reduced, but not so bad, I still get 8hours of continuous use (includinng) virtual meetings etc.

I'm looking for a "worthy replacement" so I can retire this to a backup phone. But if I don't find any, I'll continue to use the x3 GT.

I would suggest Samsung a34 5g if you are you for a wrothy replacement
