This position has arisen due to the need for a thorough 360-degree review, optimisation and validation of all financial transaction to satisfy end to end compliance, to the highest expected regulation and standard. With a broad scope to access and review all procurement of goods and services for all related projects and agencies within the organisation. It is a role that requires multiplicity of skills from Audit, Forensics, Financial Transformation, Banking and Cash Transactions, External & Internal Compliance, Procurement, Process Documentations and to achieve a full prove audit trail.
Job Description
1. Support to account, manage and deliver a portfolio of audit reviews, documentations and non-audit work that include detail strategic assessments, make effective value-added recommendations and financial procedure alignment for assigned projects.
2. Support to prepare clear and accurate financial and statistical narrative reports on a regular basis, monitoring and pro-actively advising on performance.
3. Collation of files and back-up for the project audit and review and ensuring all files are completed for external review.
4. Enter and capture all review data and information into a Review depository.
5. Ensure that all governance, procurement and approval limits are followed in line with existing regulations and extract comprehensive work papers to fully support each transaction.
6. To assist in entering all banking and cash transactions into an agreed system for auditable purpose.
7. To assist the project lead with internal organisation to obtain required information and data for the review project.
8. To support the project lead with all external related queries from an International audit partner for the review exercise.
9. You may be required to travel to agencies and project locations to conduct audit interviews and collate documentations.
10. Any other associated assignment as instructed by the Project Lead.
Person Specification
1. Part -Qualified Accountant or studying or willing to pursue (ICAN, ANAN etc)
2. A university or Polytechnic degree from business, accounting, finance, sciences or economics
3. With some years of work experience or recently graduated with NYSC discharge certificate
4. Must be very fluent in English and a good communicator
5. Ability to learn quickly and adjust to the demands of a highly driven environment
6. The use of system application like excel, word etc will be an advantage
7. An individual with relentless curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity, strong planning and organisation skill, excellent team player, proactive and result oriented.

5. To ensure all banking and cash transactions are auditable with fully supported documentations.
6. To liaise with internal organisation to obtain required information and data for the review project.
7. The contact person for all external related queries from an International audit partner for the review exercise.
8. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a project team of about three to Six staff.
9. You will be required to travel to agencies and project locations to conduct audit interviews and collate documentations.
10. Any other associated assignment as instructed by the Project Director.
Person Specification
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN, CIMA, ANAN any West Africa Accounting body or any internationally recognised body of Accountants).
2. A university or Polytechnic degree from business, accounting, finance, sciences or economics
3. Must have more than five years post qualification experience from any industry or organisation.
4. Must be very fluent in English and a good communicator
5. Ability to use and a knowledge of accounting and banking system applications
6. Must have good use of excel and ability to manage complex data.
7. Able to prepare high level reports using word or power point
8. An individual with relentless curiosity, comfortable with ambiguity, strong planning and organisation skill, excellent team player, proactive and result oriented.
9. Must have worked with data and able to structure and analyse complex information and data.
