Col Fajuyi asked that he be kil+led with his visitor, Gen Ironsi so it would not appear like he handed his guest to the coupists and his request was granted as he was shot and his guest killed. He was a Colonel. IBB was a General but he keeps saying that he would have been killed if he did not annul the June 12 presidential election. The point I’m making is that those who call some ethnic groups in Nigeria cowards are not taught history by their elders. I do not know of a greater national hero than Colonel Adekunle Fajuyi and I do not know of a worse coward like General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida. 1 Share

As of February 3, 2025, Nigeria's prison population was 79,863, according to the World Prison Brief. This includes pre-trial detainees and remand prisoners. It's high time government live up to it's responsibility by converting all prisoners to farmers for sufficient production of food for our great nation. Government cannot afford to feed prisoners for free. Let prisoners do farming and in the process safe some money Challenges in Nigerian prisons Many Nigerian correctional centers are overcrowded, Inmates face violence, Infrastructure is poor, and Educational and vocational training programs are limited. . It's high time Nigeria demand for accountability form Nigeria state governors and local government Chairmen. It's time we questions how they spend our monies generated, most especially the one allocated to them by the federal government. All the blame should not go to the president alone. Our local government chairman are not receiving their allocation in full as our governors still indirectly disobey supreme Court judgement on local government autonomy. Nigeria must ask questions from our governors too. |

For real the truth must be told. we didn't have light in my area for many years and when we bought some electricity Pole and new Transformer can you believe that the electric p o l e just fell down when the small rain happened and it remain a mystery up to today until when some sacrifice was made and some people came to pray all the p o l e that was given and donated by the neighbor and the community fall down on the spot so don't blame those who pray as they have the reason of doing that. Achebe died an envious unfulfilled man and legend has it that envy for Wole Soyinka contributed to his demise. Why I love God is that he always make Yoruba triumph, we have bested the Ibos in all strata of achievement if we go head to head. Prof. Wole Soyinka was telling the world how embarrassed he was on the kind of envy and hatred Achebe showed when he won the Nobel Laureate. Soyinka is more of just a writer, he is an icon. A million Achebe can not measure up to him. You lgbos are just ungratefuI. The same Soyinka who went to the UN to advocate for ßlAFRA during the war. The same Soyinka who smuggled food to ßiafran during and war. And who was arrested and locked up for 22 months & labeled a spy by the Nigerian government... During the civiI war.
