There is what they called service legal Agreement between Fintech and Samsung and one of them is found guilty of it. This same thing happened in SLOT around the same year and the customer was ready to take it to court, SLOT gave the customer a replacement just to avoid embarrassment and since Samsung is taking longer time to replace the phone. The funny thing is that A SLOT took Samsung to court because there was a bridge of their agreement but it was later resolved out of court. I got this info around 2023 but it happened 2022

We bought a phone n instantly wanted to return for another one right inside the shop..

1st experience was in 2009.. a course mate bought a Nokia 5200... the internet was working....
What they did was try to fix the phone..
Took a very long time..
Atleast now if u threaten them with a lawyer.. you'd get a replacement phone..

No doubt ... it is a waste of time having certificates but remain uneducated. This is a graduate whose certificate shows that he has trapped a certain level of information ..... but doesn't know how to use it .... no education.

If I could get a refund from my university...id use that money for a good profitable business .
Nigeria can't keep having graduatedls with no jobs available...and i would suggest we have vocational universities instead of just technical colleges
