The aim of the yoruba supremacists has always been to take Benin history and redact it by replacing Benin with ife.

I have been saying this, ife is not our friend, all those fairytales should be put to sleep, they only give a lifeline to the yoruba supremacists who have nothing logical to stand on, they only have fairytales and want the discussion to always be about fairytales. They want a shouting match, not a logical research.

Why do people love fairytales so much in Nigeria ? Fairytales are meant for children, there was never any oduduwa ! There was never any oranmian ! Ife was a small village until 1912 ! It's not so much about DNA but about tradition, this is their ancestral tradition. For hundreds of years this is how they have raised their kids.

It's hard to see what could change this tradition in the Ijo community. I really don't see how this could be changed, it reminds me of Romanians.
