Purehuman: Yes, the oil money they get freely also affects their mentality. They feel that they rich and they don't need anyone. You cannot blame them because they are feeding fat from the system while they lay docile without divesting it. lol. They should continue.... They rather critize the igbos rather than wike and co who is looting them dry |

Purehuman: I told my uncle in 2005 when I did my IT in the state at the time. My uncle was building his house there and I was his part time engineer there. I saw first hand how they discuss issues and when they mention the name of my uncle, the look on their faces were not welcoming at all. I didn't pay attention to those details because I wasn't really into politics and nationhood like I am today.
Even my friend then was always critical of me whenever I say they are igbos because they spoke a dialect of Igbo. He will always make it evident that he didn't like being called one and that he wasn't Igbo.
Yes, Ikwerre have oil and some multinationals in their domain but they not indispensable. They will not go with the ijaws because those ones do not like them either. ijaw people calls them igbo denying their origin all for the oil in ph which ijaws like kalabari and co believe that it is their own They call ikwerre migrants. Even followed one of them to Enugu.
Okorocha had to step in to save them.
Now, wat stop Wike from doing same to his Ikwere or even Kalabiri Militant who are more in numbers? don wanny is from where in Rivers? |

I only joined the group because I was trying get some info about their toward alaigbo. Those guys really have strong allegiance to the Bini kingdom and it's history. To me, Ikwerre will be difficult to bring back and we should dust our sleeves and move on. . Bros anoda thing is oil politics. What we don't have in the east are cash crops like cocoa, cashew, kola nut and I think the State and Local Govt have a role to play here, we already have palm trees which in turn produce palm carnels, udara, ube are everywhere in the village. i think in enugu there are some villages known for planting cashew.that place is filled with cashew trees. pazienza: Ph is Ikwerre-Ijaw(Okrika) land. Obigbo is Igboland.
You need to go and sleep. Ikwerre people don't consider themselves Igbos. When Wike went and named the Ph stadium after Gowon, you don't need any prophet to tell you what more they have in the kitchen for you, it's akin to a supposedly Jewish people naming an infrastructure after Hitler.
Wike celebrated Rivers state golden anniversary, invited the Ooni and Sultan, but neither Obi of Onitsha or Eze Nri or Eze aro, were invited.
See the remark Wike made during the celebration :
“Many of us, who are now enjoying the fruits of liberty may not truly appreciate what it meant to be dominated, dispossessed, deprived, exploited and oppressed in your own land by the dominant social and political tendencies of the time. “Before Rivers State was created, our people could not find schools in their neighbourhood, hospitals to treat the sick, universities to educate their children, decent jobs to earn income and good roads to their communities.” http://sunnewsonline.com/rivers-at-50-a-celebration-of-liberation-wike/
In 2018, Wike and his Ikwerre people still see us as oppressors, even when no evidence of such oppression in Eastern region existed. Micheal Okpara was the one who built Trans Amadi industrial complex, he moved shell quarters from Owerri to Ph, no part of the East was neglected by Okpara. But today, we are being casted in the mould of oppressors. They name their structures after those who sought to exterminate us, in bid to spite us, they invite them to their events and not done, they had to make snide remarks about Ndiigbo.
https://www.naija.ng/1102724-ooni-ife-sultan-sokoto-storm-rivers-state-wike-celebrates-monarchs.html
These people had made no secret their feelings towards us, some one who sees you as an oppressor, while seeing your oppressors as friends, can never be a brother. Yet some naive Igbos like flies destined to perish that followed corpse to grave, wouldn't learn.
PH is not Igboland, it's bitter, but the truth is bitter, yet sets you free.
Ph airport, cannot serve for Ndiigbo and dont rep us, we would resist any attempt or argument that claims that PH airport can serve SE, Enugu airport will serve us. While Owerri airport would complement it. That's how it should be. don't mind this people. The must hostile people I ave ever seen. This people cannot survive without mentioning Ndiigbo every day.. Fool...when the battle for ph will start I will see who will aid them.... Ijaw go roast them |

ednited: I agree with you totally! Europeans are evil and continue to be. They introduced tribalism to break Africa. We are still under modern colonisation! They did everything to destroy who we are and to look after their wrong belief.
A response to basilo01
Egyptians and Ethiopians are pure Africans. Europeans actually want other Africans to think that we aren't black so that other Africans like you could not take our achievement as an achievement of Africa. The ones who built that big Egyptian civilization were black. Many Africans have achieved many things but Europeans destroyed many. There are many Mali and Ethiopian heritages stolen and kept in Britain. Our statue of Axum was stolen and kept in Italy as it belongs to them.
Anyways, I hope you get it thank you my broda.. |
