THE REFORMED OGBONI FRATERNITY.

The controversial topic concerning the Reformed Ogboni Fraternity(ROF)as many consider a cult is one to be treated with care because to my understanding, many people are still writing and asking questions or postulating ideas that clearly portrays them as being too ignorant and un philosophical. So I think it is time to make things very clear. As I earlier said and I will repeat ROF, is neither a secret society nor a religion thou it is religious in nature, it has got nothing to do with occultism. If some members you know are occultist, it is not ROF teachings and the fraternity will never in one way or the other support such
Individuals in their practices. So please, do not term what is white black.
ROF is an organisation that brings together people of good intent, teaches man to be morally upright, enables people to make a difference in their communities through its moral principles, ROF members are open minded people who are ready to share with one another in times of trouble and can help when ever circumstances permit.
So please, it is good to seek for info concerning what you do not know so as to be informed than concluding in your own words what you don't know.

Hi to all, the question concerning the great and prestigious Reformed Ogboni Fraternity is one to be treated with a certain degree of sincerity. I think if one reads from the past posts, you realize that most people are still very ignorant about their cultural and traditional values, i.e they turn to embrace foreign civilizations to the detriment of their own cultures and traditions which to me represent a grave mistake in human history. The Reformed Ogboni fraternity is not a secret cult as many do think but a way of life dedicated to people of good ethics who meet to foster things of general interest as well as constructive ideas that can help in human advancement. So I don’t see reasons why the organization should be referred to as a cult. I’m not a member of the frat yet but hopefully someday. So I will like to advise my friends in the forum that they should be critics in the positive and not in the negative if they have philosophical minds and ready to learn.

Good day,I'm very happy mailing you this day to appreciate you for all your posts on the Nairaland forum especially on the Ogboni Fraternity topic.Most of us Africans are very much ignorant about our traditional and cultural values as well as the realities surrounding human evolution.If you are what you are today,I think it is as a rerult of the great distinction you have made between the world of sight and that of forms.
I'm a Cameroonian presently in Yaoundé and one who strongly advocates the use of magic in the day to day running of ones life.I've equally been a strong member of an online forum known as the Western Mysteries where I've presented and upholded our African traxditional values.I have done a great number of research work on occultism and have equally been following up your theises about ROF since 2006.
As true African brothers,I will like to tell you now that I'm very interested in joining the R.O.F and want you to give me guidance.
I will stop here for now while hoping to read from you soon.
