Cardiac arrest is when the heart stops- usually leading to death from asystole or VF. It is not the cause of heart disease. Heart disease can lead to it (so can other things heart or non heart related)

My husband and I also laughed about power oil being a cause of heart disease…. The irony like you rightly pointed out🤣🤣
