According to Akintomide,a twitter user(@tomyboiz) who uploaded the photos yesterday on his twitter page said, the sea creature was killed at Enu-Ama beach in Ilaje local goverment area of Ondo state yesterday.

The shameful thing a mother did in a car while her children watched will shock you.

Recent, I posted a video on nairaland (link here: http://www.gistsstack.com/08-08-2016-shameful-couple-kids-making-love/), where a couple was busy getting down and dirty while some kids watched. Here is another video of a mother going dirty on a young man in car while she was completely unconcerned by the onlooking kids. I don’t know how to explain this shameful act. This is the worst form of child abuse.

It hurts that people just cook up stories for publicity and traffic sake. This is taking it too far. Leo Mezie is alive and responding to treatment. Ghanaian singer, Eazzy says that her confidence of not giving birth out of marriage is high as a result of her protection after sex.

“I’ve had unprotected sex,but again there is Postinor-2” says the “Wengeze” hit maker

However, Postinor-2 is an emergency contraceptive used mostly by young women to prevent unwanted pregnancy once taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex

Etisalat, one of Nigeria’s leading telecoms has introduced the ‘do not disturb’ (DND) facility which allows customers on its network to completely or partially opt-out from receiving unsolicited (Spam) SMS and calls.

After identifying improperly managed unsolicited (spam) messages and calls as a major source of customer dissatisfaction in the Nigerian telecommunications industry, the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), engaged network operators to develop solutions effective to solve the problem.

The DND service is now available on the Etisalat network using a uniform shortcode 2442 on all networks to facilitate access. Subscribers can therefore access it by texting ‘STOP’ to ‘2442’, may request for a partial service which will enable them to receive only a specific class of messages that are of importance to them.

To activate the DND partial service, customers are required to send “HELP” to 2442 to receive information on available classifications and their activation codes and send the activation code for 2442 to enable a specific class messages.

On this point, Mr. lkenna lkeme, Director, Regulatory and Corporate Social Responsibility, Etisalat Nigeria, stressed enviable record of the company’s compliance with regulatory directives and reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing customer experience on its network.

“Ensuring that DND service is available on our network is one of the ways in which we continue to improve our services bouquet and enrich customer experience on the Etisalat network,” he said.

Hello folks, today, I have decided to address an issue that has plagued my mind for a while now. I ask, HOW DID WE GET HERE? HOW DID IT GET THIS BAD? I grew in a country that once revered our industry, NOLLYWOOD over time. We have gotten technically better, but we have also gotten creatively and morally DIRTY. For those that were privileged to be born then, didn't you enjoy watching movies like RATTLE SNAKE, LIVING IN BONDAGE, WITCHES, EVIL MEN, FINAL ESCAPE, DIAMOND RING, IGODO, and so on? I bet, the answer is Yes. And it is because professionalism was a standard. That is also the reason why 80% of movie producers were successful. We must know that Success will not lower its standard to us. We must raise our standard to success.

However, the destruction began when it became an ‘all comers’ affair, when everybody became desperate, when people would give anything to be on a movie set only to take pictures with stars and flood it on social media. May I ask who told you that sleeping with or dating a producer, director or production manager will make you a star? He will give you roles in movies, but you will also be the equivalent of a slave. Why? Because, you sleep with him, buy him gifts, go for his jobs that you are supposed to be paid well to do and in the end you leave with nothing.

Furthermore, every single NOLLYWOOD star is recognized by a concept. What is yours? It is not magic, it is simple reasoning. No human being on earth can make you a star. Only GOD and your honest but rigorous efforts will do that. It’s also not about doing lead roles. You can do 100 lead roles in a year and still not attain stardom. Look around, the facts speak for themselves. It takes only one movie to make a star
Now, to the pictures below, firstly, I apologize for the obscenity. But I need to address an issue, THE INSURGENCE OF INTERNET PORNOGRAPHY. The internet, undoubtedly, is a good market for porn. Porn is a genre that is lucrative for movie producers. Sex, they say, sells; but I ask, in Hollywood, how many porn stars act in good movies? Why have our UPCOMING ARTISTES decided to be so blatantly exploited? They have not only exploited your labour, they have also exploited your dignity. How have they been foolish enough to let this happen? Do you know what these same marketers are saying about you? Do you know what good directors are saying about you? Do you know what the viewers, fans are also saying? Mothers will hide their kids from you, Preachers will preach against you. What will you tell your kids? Is this where your dreams lie? You have a point to prove to them, what do you think they will be doing when they see these pictures? You are not only killing your dreams, you are also killing other people’s dreams too. Like I said earlier it’s not a crime for producers or directors to make movies like these, they are making money from it but there are porn actors. They are the ones that should be doing this, not you.

A Brooklyn-based architect turned artist, Olalekan Jeyifous imagines what
Lagos could look like in the future in his series ‘Shanty Megastructures’.

According to Jeyifous, “i wanted to create someth!ng interesting that provides an alternative
vision of the future on a continent and in a country that is not depicted
as much as it should be in science fiction narratives,”

In his vision, shanty megastructures tower over the city’s luxury real-estate areas. Slums, particularly in Lagos, are frequently viewed as uns!ghtly eyesores to be bulldozed, often to make way for luxury apartments, he added.

Many of his images feature Lagos Makoko canal, the infamous fl0ating slum. Population estimates range from 85,000 to 250,000.
