Hello Professors...I need to buy a generator. I need something that can power a 1.5kva Inverter (two batteries), Fridge freezer, 2 TVs (1 50in and 1 32in), 1 Lg surround sound system, 2 Fans. 1 laptop, and the lighting points in the house. I'm thinking about getting the TEC 4.1kva generator. Can it do the job? And can I add one 2hp AC to the load (optional)? Thank you! |

So, what if Miracle or Nina win the N45million, will Reno's assertion about satan's deceitfulness still hold true? He's as confused as they come... |
ISTANDWITHBUHAR:Honestly, Nigerians will never cease to amaze me. We fight so hard for these rich and big men who don't really know or care about us. People saying the judges should have been arrested with dignity, why were they arrested at night, blah blah blah, will never say the same thing if these were ordinary Nigerians suspected of taking 500,000 Naira bribe. For crying out loud, should we be more concerned about a door or a gate, or whether the man was arrested at 2pm or 1am? These should be the least of our worries! We have been so brainwashed by the elite and some sections of the media that we refuse to think deeply. We would rather come to the defense of the elite even when what we're doing is hurting our own future and the futures of our children. Do we as ordinary Nigerians get any form of justice from our judiciary? We have come to the point in the life of our country where we need to decide if we want corruption to thrive or be kept at a minimum (admitting that it cannot be totally eradicated). We can't have it both ways. We can't eat our cakes and have it. We can't come here and curse to the high heavens whenever news breaks that someone has collected a humongous amount of bribe or committed some other financial crime, then turn around to start crying foul when that same individual is arrested. We shouldn't hang around here and curse when a judge sentences a man who steals 5,000 Naira to 10yrs imprisonment and another judge tells a man who embezzles 75 million Naira to pay a 2 million Naira fine. We need to realize there is something terribly wrong. We need to think. Nigerians Think!!! |

"Gift" is a wrong word. The cars are a part of his entitlements as a former Head of state. PDP should bury it's head in shame. |
Something similar happened to me at an ATM in vgc about 2 months ago. Guy said he was in Lagos on a business trip and he had to get back to Ilorin but the ATM had just swallowed his card. He was acting all distraught and all, said he didn't have any friends/family in Lagos. I gave him 3k out of the 6k I just withdrew and he said something that really struck me as strange, "this will only take me to Ilorin, how will I get to the park"? I just ignored him. He then asked for my number promising to call me when he gets to Ilorin. He's probably still on the way to Ilorin . These days it's hard to tell who really needs help and who's out to scam. |
