You may not need more than your correspondence letter, school offer letter and of course your travel passport.
In my case... It was just my passport that was requested and i stood with the IO until he printed the study/work permit and stapled on the passport.... About 2 minutes! Both the correspondence and offer letters were left untouched in my bag!
Other discussions you may expect are; if you have a connecting flight (if Toronto isn't your final destination) and if you paid tuition.. That's it!

Congrats again! I remember you shared your good news.
If your new course is still in the same school and the same level, you don't have to notify CIC because there is no change in DLI.
But if your new course is in another school and at the same level, you will have to notify CIC and transfer your DLI.

CBSA officers will only be interested in your Institution (DLI) and level of study. These two must be same with what you applied for your study permit with.

The won't ask for your undergrad degree nau to find out if it's inline with the new course in your offer letter at the POE. So just make sure your new program is in the same school and same level.

While waiting for the approval I had to change from the initial course I was offered which is not related to my undergraduate course

Yes you nailed it a 100%... @gkgraphics ... In English language, this means you MUST enter Canada and secure a study/work permit anytime before 2018/03/10 (meaning you are attending a 1 year course). This date is derived by adding 90days to your study/program end date! Shikena. ..

Does it mean i can't enter Canada before 2018/03/10 as stated on the letter or is 2018/03/10 the latest time to enter Canada pls read through in the picture I await your responses urgently

Yaa I think so. What cic have of u going to canada to study is that which u are being given visa for so if u change to something else without informing cic, I think it's it bad because those immigration officers at the point of entry also have access to your files and records. So advice is whatever u doing make sure cic knows about it to prevent any future regrets. Thanks

Winter 2018 is around the corner. If that will guarantee your TRV, it is best you wait. It is better to wait and get it than rush and fail it. Thanks.

I just got request to submit my passport to VFS from CIC few minutes ago.is there still a chance that cic will still ask for a new admission letter ?

It sure will and they may decide to review their decison again! So while you wait, you should get the winter 2018 offer then and once the study permit is approved, you choose how you want to proceed.
Also note, if you decide to change school for any reason, you must notify CIC of a transfer of DLI through myCIC account. My advise will be, get the offer for winter 2018 and get your study permit first.

If your interest is really in the program you applied for your study permit with, why not still hold on and resume when it is available considering it is what you really want while getting yourself useful in readiness for the start in winter 2018.

Alternatively, if you don't want the ones they are offering you, you can apply for other programs(at same level or higher than the one you applied for a pemit with) in other schools and if eventually your study permit is approved, you notify CIC of change of DLI(school) through MyCIC account and proceed with the new program of interest in another school offering it for fall 2017 if you can wait till winter 2018.

If cic request for another admission letter before my permit is granted won't they raised a flag about the correlation of the undergraduate course and the pgc course.

I applied for study permit on 11/11/2016. I got admission pgc Sustainable agriculture because my undergraduate course was crop production and soil science and I was due to resume on January 9 I couldn't make the resumption because my application for study permit hasn't been granted yet.I passed medicals last week and I asked the school if I could still resume before month end but they said no.
Now they gave options of deferring the admission till 2018 winter cos they admit for the program once a year or I choose another program for may/September but none of the programs they are offering are in line with my undergraduate course.
Am confused on what to do now cos waiting till 2018 will mean wasting a whole yeah
Your advice and suggestions are needed urgently.

A Statement of result can be submitted as you have no other alternative at the moment.. Like the TRV doctor mentioned you may have to attach a new offer letter if it is requested, but if you are sure that you are actually to resume late, if a new offer letter is requested attach your email correspondences with the school asking to come late and their reply that you can.
Be prayerful about your approval, its looks like thats were the need for the additional documents is headed..#smiles#..so stay strong!

anticipate positive TRV approval at the end.the mail for additional document is a success in addition to the medical mail.original statement of result can surface which is duly signed by the registrar.approaching toward approval, CIC will request a new offer letter so start now to bother your school.

I got offer for admission at Fleming college for (Pgc sustainable agriculture cos I studied crop production and soil science ) last August but due to error on my name and date of birth is couldn't pay my first semester tuition (8302CAD) until October and applied for visa 11/11/2016 via the online route i haven't heard anything since then make school resumed last Monday although I already wrote them about the delay.below are my other Info

Total tuition:16,604.12cad(I paid 8302 cad already.
