ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Glam Occasions Limited a fast-growing event media company and is looking for Business Development Officer to continue its growth.

DUTIES
He / She will be responsible for
1) generating business, developing major accounts, building robust and productive relationships with prospective clients to ensure the company, client and individual objectives are achieved.
2) Identifying new business opportunities, winning new businesses, and liaising with operational teams to ensure service requirements are delivered.
3) Generating leads by conducting research & understanding the prospective company's profile, cold calling and using social media tools.
4) Build Business Development strategy plan and define targets to achieve business objectives.
5) Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate business, and meet sales targets.
6) Follow sales process and internal procedures.
7) Collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery.
Increase brand awareness using social media tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Effective networking abilities.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Commercially astute.
• Fluency in English is essential with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skill.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
1 - 3 years’ experience in business development/sales and client servicing experience
