Mama please theres this pain i always have imnediately after ovulation. I keep on asking if its normal to have such pain to d extent that i dont evn want dh to come close to them at all becausr of the pain. Then it stops immediately af shows face. Is this normal please. If its not what can i do to stop it please.

@ Janix ginger is good do take it also likewise green but make sure it does not have too much caffeine, it might reduce the folic acid in your system.

@ Anikeayun sorry it came late. Bought the castor oil from jumia. Luked for it here in abuja but didnt get the exact one i wante so ordered from jumia.

@ Janix bought mine here in abuja, d prices might be different. Its possible thats the price. For the castor oil a always do it one day in and one day out. For like 30mins lying down. I would know if the other tube is open but i always feel this softness on my lower abdomen when am done with it. I dont use it after ovulation. Hop dis helps.

@ Janix am using male white singlet in place of the flannel. It absorbes d oil well. U can divide the singlet into two and use one part.
