The founder of the Nazareth Church of All Nations, Prophet Tersoo Jeremiah has urged religious leaders at all levels to play a more active role in promoting peace in the midst of #EndSARS protests across the country.

Tersoo, who made the call over the weekend at an event to mark his birthday at the Church headquarters, Nyanya, Abuja, said he believes as a true man of God, that the gospel of God is all about love, peace and unity.

He said that he has been preaching to them, and encouraging them to fight for their rights and to always do it in the right way. “It should not be in the form of violence, but it should be in a peaceful manner”.

He advised spiritual leaders to keep money aside and preach the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

In her remarks, the Women Leader of Nazareth Church of All Nations, Queen Esther Sawan, described Prophet Jeremiah as a good example of a prophet, adding that he is a faithful and courageously cleric.

She said that Prophet Jeremiah is a man of God and that God has been using him to set so many souls free, delivering so many people, changing the life of men and women from different parts of the world.

Prophet Tersoo further noted that the message of God for other spiritual leaders is to believe in God, he added that everything needs a prayers for something to be better it must start from the God.

Respect and the sanctity of traditional institutions in Nigeria must not be allowed to die down by the government.

Traditional rulers are not politicians, they do not make laws neither do they give order on how the security of the state should be handled, all these are strictly the business of either the President or Governor of respective state in the country.

It is however, saddened that the highly revered Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu is made to pay for what he knows nothing about and his highly revered stool desecrated by hoodlums who vandalized his palace and went ahead to steal his staff of office and other treasured items in the palace.



This is why I wouldn't join the people who praise the boy that stole the staff of office of Oba Lagos for whatever reason.



The staff of office may have been returned but the sanctity of the traditional institutions in Nigeria must be restored, I am pleased that President Buhari gave it a top priority in his speech last week. but to me that is not enough, the boy must be made to pay for his action alongside the following people.

The boy should be apprehended at all cost, and be prosecuted for desecrating the highly revered traditional insituon in Nigeria.

The NHS is ready to roll out a coronavirus vaccine within weeks “in case everything goes perfectly,” Matt Hancock has said, but the Health Secretary warned that his “central expectation” is that the process would not be completed until mid-2021.

Quizzed about whether there would be some roll-out of a vaccine this year, Mr Hancock told the BBC: “Well, I don’t rule that out, but that is not my central expectation. The vaccine programme is progressing well”.

Data on the safety and immune responses among those taking part in the phase two vaccine trial has been submitted for peer review in a medical journal. But the findings have been discussed before publication, prompting more excitement about the vaccine – considered one of the forerunners in the COVID-19 vaccine race.

The vaccine is currently in a phase three clinical trial, which means the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine is being tested by thousands of participants across a number of different countries. Experts have predicted that the data from the trial could be presented to regulators within weeks.

All is set to formally unveil the much awaited Project 20 Million, a group that seeks to register 20 million Nigerians whose goals are to influence good governance and accountable leadership across all levels of government in Nigeria.
