I've seen victims of these schemes like similar grant schemes and how they continue to hope against all the odds and despite countless failed promises and timelines. The kind of hope we demonstrate for these schemes should really only be exercised towards the promises of God, and ultimately the coming of Jesus Christ. He will come soon even if it seems delayed. Only Jesus is worth trusting till the end, let disappointments from men on the other hand teach you to turn away from false hopes.

Well! The only thing I heard is that everything has been done and that they(The NGOs probably) are waiting for an official announcement by the government for the project to kick-start. Maybe the government are the ones in control of the project.
