I wonder if the FRSC boos - Mr. Boboye knows what he was saying.. Before FRC was formed in the early 90s, the VIO vehicle inspection office has been in operation and before anyone could obtain a driver license you must be tested in driving at VIO office before you'll be issued a driving license. They work in hand with License office (BIR Board of Internal Revenue).

If you visit FRSC website they mention that you'll obtain a form from BIR. Why can't FRC hand driver's license issuance alone without involving other state government establishment.

It is a pity that we duplicate power and offices in government establishment in Nigeria.

It is all fraudulent acts.

I pray God will deliver us.

I Isaiah 1 vs 19, it says if ye are willing and obedient, ye shall eat the fruit of the land. Obedient is the keyword. If we are obedient to the instructions and commandments of God then He will answer our prayers speedily. I am not exempted as well. I pray God will help us all.

Heyllo Sir, I understand your area of interest. I have been getting several request on the production of Cold starch and I think I will be doing something about it soon.


However, I will like us to understand that, putting practical ideas into writing hasn't really been a simple task for me, as it requires sitting down to construct a good write up/instructions in a way that anyone can carry out on his/her own and gets a good result. That's why I have been avoiding some requests.

Patience is needed. If we can be patient, I will work on that soon.
