I love this thread I advice we form an alliance against this so called private school owners reasons
1. private school owners have association within all locality most of what they do is to fix salary range of what each schools will pay its workers so no matter how u walk about looking for job in such locality u will be offered the same range of salary. this is exploitation of private school teachers

yh imagine where a skul pays a teacher in preparatory class 30k wen d children pay fees of bout 70k per term
