Please I need help, I applied evisa for my brother and I revived and outcome message in my email saying I should check my application portal for the outcome fortunately there is no update on the application status just that the completed is marked.. who else have see such before and how did you go about it.

did you see an eye ball there? if yes click on it and if no send them an email

2. You can’t create a new application while you have another. You have to ask them to cancel one to do a new one.

I use euro card and i have sent them several mails no reply

i applied for south Africa Evisa since on Monday 12/08/2024 i made payment and i was debited but on my application it is showing INITIATED on the payment status, i sent HACC several mails to help me out no reply from them, i try creating another application is telling me the above name has application with them,

please what do i do cause i even try calling them no avail they are not picking up calls.

Please i need an advice on what to do about my South Africa E-visa update, is still saying Adjudication outcome no document attach.

please is there anything i can do is almost 2weeks now and they are not replying my mails and they are not picking up calls

It says adjudication outcome received, what does it mean? Should I be expecting another mail?

please i apply for evisa lastweek so today they replied but no attachment on the letter to know if the visa was granted, what do i do?
