If it's to be used for basic word processing etc, there's nothing bad in buying a Pentium 2 for N25K if it is fully functional. What's the point of buying a Porsche or Ferrari that will not be fully utilized(Performance Wise)? You ever had of the word prudence? |

We are currently run a Laptop Sales / Service business in Lagos and have been challenged recruiting decent marketing personnel. We’ve offered reasonable wages, Incentives incl Car, commission etc without much success. Any ideas on how to hire and retain decent marketing personnel that will not rip your company off?
